Carol Brooks, BSc Psychology MSc Organisational Psychology MBPsS
Carol is a Business and Cyber Psychologist as well as Executive Coach.
She has been working in the fields of organisation, team and individual development for over 20 years as a business owner. She has spent time as a Non Executive Director on the Board of a large UK NHS hospital trust.
Carol uses research and psychological models and frameworks to inform her professional practice and their practical application in the workplace.
She is trusted to support Boards and Senior Leadership teams in the most sensitive and complex settings.
Carol is an active member of the British Psychological Society’s Cyberpsychology section and committee and abides by the BPS Code of work ethics.
Sean Riley, MSc CPsychol AFBPsS
Sean is an accomplished Chartered Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Sean specialises in well-being, resilience and productivity in the workplace and his practice is informed by the 30 years he spent as a British Army officer. This was a role that gave Sean an international perspective and experience of different global cultures.
Sean is a registered psychometrics test user with the British Psychological Society and is an active member of the Society and the Division of Occupational Psychology. He is also a mindfulness teacher and advocate for Compassion Focused Therapy.
